Red Big Eyes

Latin name: Priacanthus macracanthus - Priacanthus hamrur

Size: - Material: 80/100 ; 100/120 ; 120/150; 150/180 and 180up Gr/Pc. - Fillet: 30gr up.

Origination : Whole Round, Headless, Fillet.

    Red Big Eyes are bright red in colour, large round eyes, slightly curved pectoral fins and keel at junction of body and tail, v-shaped tail. It is found in tropical and subtropical marine environments in all of the major oceans. Mature can reach to 30cm in length.

    In Indonesia and Vietnam, they are commonly found on rainy season (April to September). It is common and easy to be found on meals as steamed, deep fried, grilled with some seasoning on the top.
